    Hi, I am Janine Venter, the brains behind the MACASA team.

     

    From my very first job packing shelves at a grocery store to managing a team of consultants for an award-winning company, I have worn many hats in the 20 years of my working career.

     

    I have mastered the skill of developing procedures to create an effective and professional workplace and developed a passion for helping people and businesses grow. In doing so I have identified a need for effective administrative support without the commitment of employing full-time staff.

     

    I am one of the founding members of Buy Local Lowveld - a brilliant initiative aimed at growing the Lowveld economy. The Lowveld is diverse and rich in a variety of industries such as Tourism, Agriculture, Mining and Forestry - and we owe it to our community to make the Lowveld a self-sustainable region full of opportunity for all.     We have partnered up with Radio Laeveld and each week get to nominate two businesses as our "Business of the week". These businesses get an opportunity to talk about their industry and to share their knowledge with the Lowveld, and it's a wonderful opportunity to show the Lowveld what amazing businesses and industries our region has to offer.
